Whether you’ve spent a lifetime in Dallas – or you are thinking about relocating, our team of real estate experts can help you with buying or selling your home. From a recent college graduate to a retiring empty-nester, Dallas offers a strong economy with a thriving Uptown area, comfortable suburbs and everything in between. As our flagship office, the team at United Real Estate – Dallas is well-versed in the local community. The experts in the newest developments and the most established communities. From Uptown to Frisco Lakes, here are a few areas we specialize in:

Uptown

Just north of downtown, this area is a haven for young professionals and millennials looking for a live/work community. A vibrant district with a celebrated history and modern amenities, you’ll find everything from luxury condos and office space to shopping and dining. Just north of downtown, this neighborhood also connects to the Katy Trail, Arts District, the new Klyde Warren Park and American Airlines Center.

The Park Cities

Including both Highland Park and University Park, this luxurious part of town is well-established. With older, historic homes that have been updated with modern amenities and fabulous schools, this part of town has been attracting residents for decades. Near the center of Dallas and Southern Methodist University, The Park Cities are ideally located. The area also includes many new restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

Midtown

With many large corporations relocating to the area, Frisco is the second fastest growing city in the U.S. The Dallas Cowboys, Toyota and FedEx Kinkos are just a few of the companies that have led to rapid job growth in the area. The Colony’s - an area with abundant shopping and dining options – also makes this an ideal community. With well-established neighborhoods and areas for new construction, there are homes here to meet everyone’s needs.

Frisco

The newest development in the area, this area is repurposing an older part of town into a live/work community. With trolley systems, parks, open space and a prime location, Midtown is growing at a rapid rate. Near the Galleria (and the United Real Estate – Dallas office!) this development also provides easy highway access.
